Taking the leap to finally design your space can be a daunting task! As your project manager and designer, rest assured that I’m on hand with a team of licensed tradesmen and experienced vendors to transform your space. You will be in constant communication throughout the entire process from consultation to design, to demolition to sourcing and shopping through installation; you worry about nothing except what you will see on completion.

THE CONSULTATION
IT'S ABOUT TO

LET'S CHIT CHAT SOMEMORE
What happen's during a "Let's Chit Chat" phone conversation. After you take our online questionaire. We will go over your responses and call you to schedule your complimentary 20 minute phone consultation. We we go over the details and have a short Q&A to see if we are the right fit for the job.
We will meet in person to go over the residential or commercial room(s) involved in your project. During this consultation we take photographs, measurements and compose a rough draft of your space. If you decide you want to move forward. A contract will be drawn up and $50.00 will be waived from your total package price.

Residential-1 hour: $175.00
Commercial-1.5 hours: $250.00

After the consultation and you agree to move forward we will send over a proposal for you to review with details of the scope of work that will be completed at your space. Once you sign and date the proposal you will be asked to provide a 50% deposit to begin the process. Final payment is due 2 weeks prior to installation.
We will provide you with open communication via phone, email and video chat during our normal business hours after you secure your deposit with us. Within a weeks time you will receive all the project details. The project details can be adjusted within the timeline prior to the project beginning.

THE FINALE
While we are in the studio this is our time to create a detailed floor plan(s) for each space to maximize everyday create a more functional space. Once the clients approves the final floor plan we move onto the next phase.
Once all revisions and a final floor plan is chosen we provide you with a vision board that will showcase furniture, color scheme, fabric, etc. that will bring the overall look to your space.
It's install day. Depending on the size of the project we typically need a whole day to complete the installation of the room.
If time permits we will reveal the space the same day as the install and wait for your arrival back for for the reveal.
Investment
Your investment is dependent on the scope of the final approved project.
